On behalf of the Belarusian people and on behalf of himself, President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of greetings to President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the entire Brazilian people on the occasion of their national holiday, Independence Day.

Alexander Lukashenko has confirmed Belarus’ commitment to intensifying a comprehensive dialogue with Brazil by expanding interstate contacts and fruitful co-operation in all areas.
