Commentary to Decree No 366 of 19 July 2010 19.07.2010

On July 19 President Alexander Lukashenko signed into effect Decree No 366 ‘On Conducting the Talks on the Draft International Treaty and Its Signature’.

The Decree has approved the draft Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Arab Republic of Egypt on Mutual Legal Support in Criminal Cases as the basis for further talks.

Minister of Justice Ivan Shcherbo has been authorised to hold the talks on the draft Agreement and sign it providing the sides come to an agreement within the framework of the approved draft.
