President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has issued a Decree on decorating posthumously Colonel Alexander Zhuravlevich, deputy pilot training commander at the 61st fighter air-base of the Western Tactical Operational Command of the Air Defence Forces of Belarus, and Colonel Alexander Marfitsky, deputy air force commander of the of the Western Tactical Operational Command of the Air Defence Forces of Belarus, with the Order of Valour.
The order has been awarded to these individuals in recognition of their courage and resoluteness displayed in the circumstances connected with a risk to their lives, in recognition of their valour and exceptional professionalism displayed in the fulfilment of their service duties. |
