On Introducing Amendments and Additions to Some Decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus Concerning Compulsory Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases
Decree No 110 sets forth the following permanent rates of compulsory insurance tariffs: for state-financed organizations, it is 0.1 per cent of the total of payments made by the employer to employees; for other organizations, 0.6 per cent.
The system of discounts and mark-ups applied with relation to the compulsory insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases will enable the insurants with a low rate of on-the-job accidents to apply the reduced insurance tariff and insurants with a relatively high rate of industrial accidents, the increased tariff.
The application of this system makes the minimum and maximum amounts of insurance premiums 0.3 per cent and 0.9 per cent respectively (for state-financed organizations, it is 0.05 per cent and 0.15 per cent respectively).
The Decree comes into force on the day of its official publication and relates to the relationships established since 1 January 2010. |
