On State Support for Disabled Persons

The Decree has been issued with a view to enhancing state support for individuals with limited physical abilities and contributing towards their fuller integration into the society and better quality of their life.

The Decree grants the right to free-of-charge use of railway, water and motor public transport of regular suburban service (except for taxi) to the people who accompany children of disability group I under the age of 18 on their trips to places of their medical treatment as well as to the places of their education, work or recreation, to cultural or sports facilities, etc.

The Decree becomes effective following its official publication.
