The selfless service, great skills and professionalism demonstrated by generations of members of interior bodies over the past decades have earned you the respect of not only the country’s authorities but also the entire people. The high level of public security has become a distinguishing feature of this republic.

Every man and all the Belarusian people as a whole should lead their life in a law-abiding way. Defending constitutional guarantees and freedoms of citizens, you give tangible proof of your faithfulness to your Fatherland.

A police officer is authorised to act on behalf of the state to protect the lawful interests of citizens. This is why it is so important that you have a deep sense of responsibility and exacting requirements to the results of your work. I am convinced that your priorities will remain as always loyalty to your duty and to the Law.

I thank you for your services to the Fatherland. I wish you new successes and achievements in the name of prosperity of the Republic of Belarus.
