On Increasing the Amount of All Types of State-Sponsored Monthly Student Allowances

With a view to improving the welfare of students, I hereby rule as follows:

1. To increase 1.05 times as from 1 January 2010 the amount of all types of state-sponsored monthly student allowances.

2. To the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, to take action ensuring the implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree shall become effective on the day of its official publication.
