I cordially congratulate you on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
Development of legal education in our country has been largely associated with your higher education institution. Many graduates of the Academy are now examples of high civic consciousness, great humanity, outstanding professionalism.
You have every reason to be proud of the glorious history of your institution, of its remarkable traditions, talented instructors – people who are totally committed to their work. It is their teaching skills, wisdom, self-control and tolerance that underpin professional development and cultivation of strong character of future defenders of law and order.
I am confident that you will continue to fulfil with honour and following the best traditions of the Belarusian people, your mission of training militia officers loyal to their duty, their Military Oath and Constitution.
I sincerely wish that such crucial qualities of a law enforcement officer’s personality as selflessness, valour, outstanding courage and service to the Fatherland always be inherent in you.
