On Calling Elections to the Local Councils of Deputies of the Republic of Belarus of the Twenty-Sixth Convocation

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 84 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, I hereby rule as follows:

  1. To schedule the elections to the local Councils of Deputies of the Republic of Belarus of the twenty-sixth convocation for 25 April 2010.
  2. To the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus, to organise, in conformity with its terms of reference, the holding of the elections to the local Councils of Deputies of the Republic of Belarus and observe the compliance with the election legislation.
