With a view to supporting young scientists, the President of the Republic of Belarus has signed an Executive Order on awarding presidential scholarships for post-graduate students.

In accordance with the Executive Order, presidential scholarships in 2010 will be received by 100 students pursuing their post-graduate programmes on a full-time basis at state-run institutions providing post-graduate education.

All the scholarship holders have been showing sustained academic excellence in their post-graduate studies, conducting research in the priority areas of science, and the products of their research have been implemented in production.
