President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a number of laws of the Republic of Belarus.
Among others, the President signed the Law that introduced additions and amendments to some laws of the Republic of Belarus regarding the holding of elections and referenda, and invalidating the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Central Commission of the Republic of Belarus for Elections and the Holding of Republican Referenda." Alexander Lukashenko also signed the Law that brought additions and changes to the Law "On the Status of the Deputy of the House of Representatives, Member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus," and the Law "On Local Governance and Self-Governance in the Republic of Belarus."
The Head of State signed the Law "On the Status of Servicemen" and the laws that brought amendments and additions to some legal enactments regulating land relations, criminal and administrative codes, the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, and to some laws strengthening counteraction against crime. Alexander Lukashenko also signed the Law on introducing amendments to the Law "On Advertising," and bringing changes and additions to the Law "On State Dactylographic Registration."
Signed were also the Law "On the Procedure for and Conditions of Sending Citizens to Recuperation Centres and Conditions of Stay Therein," "On the Legal Status of Foreign Nationals and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Belarus." |
