President Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated the President of the Council of State of Cuba, President of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, Raúl Castro, and the people of Cuba on the 51th anniversary of the Liberation of the Republic of Cuba.

"The progressive development of the comprehensive cooperation with Cuba is a priority of Belarus’ foreign policy. The traditionally friendly relationship between our countries is multi-dimensional in its nature; every prerequisite is also in place to expand the relationship in all areas in the future," said the President in his letter of congratulation.

Alexander Lukashenko has wished for Raúl Castro’s continued success in state affairs, for his happiness, and also for the peace and prosperity of the Cuban people.
