On Increasing the Child Care Benefit for Children Under the Age of Three

With a view to strengthen state support for the families bringing up children under the age of three, I hereby rule as follows:

1. To pay a monthly child care benefit for children under the age of three, to be awarded in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On State Benefits to the Families Bringing Up Children" of 30 October 1992 (Vedamasti Vyarkhounaga Saveta Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No 27, p.473; National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No 305, 2/1403), in the amount of 100 per cent of the highest amount of the subsistence budget minimum on average per capita, as approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, for the past two quarters of the year.
