On the Award of the President of the Republic of Belarus 'For Spiritual Revival' and the Special Award of the President of the Republic of Belarus for Excellence In Culture and Arts

In accordance with the decree, the award 'For Spiritual Revival' will be presented on an annual basis for excellence in literature and arts and (or) for vigorous activity in the humanitarian field, which would help preserve and increase the nation’s cultural wealth, cultivate the feeling of love of the Homeland, promote the nation’s spiritual values, cultural and moral traditions, the ideas of philanthropy, charity and mercy. This award can be presented for excellence in culture, literature, architecture, healthcare, education, science, social security, mass media; it can also be presented to foster parents, guardians, priests, other people as well as to performing bands, companies and other teams of workers.

The special award of the Head of State for excellence in culture and arts will be awarded annually in recognition of excellence in fine arts, decorative and applied arts, music, theatre art, choreography, pop music, circus art, architecture, design, cinema art, literature, journalism, on radio and television, in literary criticism and history of arts, popular and amateur fine arts, in museum and library organization and management, education of the creative youth, which has received public recognition. This award can be presented for excellence in culture, literature, architecture; it can also be presented to performing bands, companies and other teams of workers.
