Head of State Grants Pardon to 21 Convicted Individuals09.07.2009

On 9 July 2009 the President of the Republic of Belarus signed decrees granting pardon to 21 convicted individuals and dropping criminal charges against 45 individuals who have compensated for the damage caused by their illegal actions in the field of economy.
