Constitutional Justice is Essential Element of Any Democratic Law-abiding State09.07.2009

‘Constitutional justice is an essential element of any democratic law-abiding state. The quality of work of the Constitutional Court is largely responsible for shaping not only the image of the judicial system as a whole, but also the opinion of the citizens, organizations, international community about the state of lawfulness in our country. Therefore the Constitutional Court plays an increasingly important role,’ said President Alexander Lukashenko during the swearing-in of a new judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, Tadeush Voronovich.
