On 6 July President Alexander Lukashenko signed an Executive Order on giving letters of official thanks of the President of the Republic of Belarus to a group of graduates of military education institutions.

The following servicemen have been given letters of official thanks of the President of the Republic of Belarus in recognition of their exemplary fulfilment of their military duty:

Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Giro, graduate of the command and staff department of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus;

Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Zhilyakov, graduate of the Military Engineering Academy;

Lieutenant Colonel Dmitry Kapustin, graduate of the Yuri Gagarin Air Force Academy;

Lieutenant Colonel Igor Koshlyak, graduate of the general staff of the armed forces department of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus;

Lieutenant Colonel Yevgeny Mashkov, graduate of the command and staff department of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus;

Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Protasevich, graduate of the command and staff department of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus;

Colonel Andrei Raparovich, graduate of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;

Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Romanovsky, graduate of the Budyonny Military Academy of Communications;

Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Susha, graduate of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
