On 2 June President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No 280 relieving Major-General Anatoly Kuleshov of the post of First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus – chief of the criminal militia (police), and appointing him Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
