President Alexander Lukashenko has extended his congratulations to President Giorgio Napolitano and Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi of the Italian Republic on Italy’s Republic Day.

‘I am convinced that the progress achieved in recent time in the development of the Belarus-Italia dialogue will be a strong foundation for further expansion and consolidation of cooperation between our countries for the good of the peoples of Belarus and Italia,’ said President Alexander Lukashenko in his letter of congratulation to President Giorgio Napolitano .

In his letter of congratulation to Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi , the Belarusian President expressed a deep satisfaction with the strengthening of the dialogue and mutual understanding between the two countries.

Alexander Lukashenko has expressed the conviction that the comprehensive expansion of Belarusian-Italian cooperation, the traditionally friendly relationships between our peoples and fruitful contacts at the top level will help fully realise the great potential in all areas of interaction for the good of Belarus and Italy.
