Commentary to Ordinance No 7 of 29 May 200929.05.2009

On 29 May the President of the Republic of Belarus issued Ordinance No 7 which brought an amendment to Ordinance No 15 of 30 June 2000 ‘On the Procedure of Carrying Our Property Reassessment in Foreign Currency Given the Changing by the National Banks of Exchange Rates of Foreign Currencies, and Reflecting the Exchange Rate Differences in the Financial Statement’.

Ordinance No 7 simplifies for commercial organisations the procedure of writing-off the expenses related to the purchase of foreign currency.
