I heartily congratulate you on State Coat of Arms and State Flag Day of the Republic of Belarus.

They rightly embody independence of our republic, binding together the great accomplishments of our ancestors, contemporary history and a worthy future of our Homeland.

A call for patriotism and respectful attitude to state symbols is especially relevant during this Year of Native Land.

The unity of people and authorities is the main prerequisite for dynamic development of the country, for success in addressing the strategic tasks of improving the quality of life of the people. It is good that today, regardless of the difficult financial and economic situation, the Belarusian society demonstrates willingness to create.

I am convinced that our unity will help us overcome the difficulties and reach our goals. I wish you mutual understanding, prosperity, happiness and successes in the name of the dear Homeland.
