An official letter of thanks of the President of the Republic of Belarus has been awarded to Patriarch Filaret of Minsk and Slutsk, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus in recognition of his considerable contribution towards reviving, preserving and promoting the cultural and intellectual heritage of this country and on the occasion of Filaret’s 75th birthday anniversary.
