On Organisation of Admission Campaign to Higher Education and Specialised Secondary Education Institutions In the Year 2009

With a view to providing citizens with equal opportunities to enter higher education and specialised secondary education institutions* and ensuring oversight of the preparation and conduct of entrance examinations, I hereby rule as follows:

1. To appoint a state commission for overseeing the course of preparation and conduct of entrance examinations to higher education and specialised secondary education institutions in the year 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the state commission).

2. To approve the Provisions on state commission for overseeing the course of course of preparation and conduct of entrance examinations to higher education and specialised secondary education institutions in the year 2009, and its membership (attachment to this Decree).
