In present conditions there is an increased demand for science and innovations in our society. It is only on their basis that it is possible to solve successfully large-scale socio-economic development objectives that we have set for ourselves.

The state expects you to come up with fresh ideas and development of breakthrough innovation technologies in all spheres of the national economy, master the manufacturing of new types of products, in-depth research in social sciences and humanities.
