On Recognising Decree No 700 of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 31 December 2007 As No Longer Valid

1. To recognise Decree No 700 of the President of the Republic of Belarus ‘On Establishing Rates of Export Duties’ (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No 5 1/9289) of 31 December 2007 as no longer valid.

2. This Decree comes into force on the day of its official publication.
