On Providing Assistance to the People Who Suffered as a Result Of the Explosion that Happened On 4 July 2008 

The people who suffered as a result of the explosion that occurred on 4 July 2008 in Minsk during the celebrations to mark Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus, will be provided financial assistance. Respective Decree No 442 was signed by the President of the Republic of Belarus on 26 August.

According to the Decree, those who suffered grave bodily injuries will be paid 100 base amounts, less grave 50 base amounts, trivial injuries 20 base amounts.
