The state symbols of our county embody the commitment of the Belarusians to creative labour and social justice. Therefore today’s holiday can be without doubt reckoned among the dates which unite the nation, demonstrate our people’s willpower and character.

The coat of arms and flag of Belarus enjoy well-deserved respect in every corner of the world.

Equipped with these clear and accurate symbols, the sovereign Belarus has been achieving impressive successes in economy, social sphere, science, culture and sport.

We should live and work in such a way so that our children and grandchildren could be proud of the victories and achievements, and then could continue advancing, in a worthy manner, our common cause of consolidating our state, promoting its glory and power.
