Decree No. 168 of 21 March 2008

On Some Measures to Implement Investment Projects Financed by Means of External Government Loans (Credits)

With a view to encouraging corporate entities to attract more foreign investments in the form of external government loans, the Decree sets forth measures to be taken by the government to support the organisations that use these loans to implement investment projects of special importance.

The implementation of the government support measures as stipulated in the Decree is expected to reduce dramatically the final cost of the credit resources for organisations-borrowers and improve the investment environment in Belarus.

The Decree comes into force on the day of its official publication.
