On Relieving Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus of their Posts

On 19 February, President Alexander Lukashenko signed a Decree on relieving Ksenia Sinik and Rimma Filipchik of their offices of the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus due to the expiry of their term in office and retirement (Article 124 of the Judicature and Status of Judges Code of the Republic of Belarus) with subsequent notification of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus of their having being relieved of their posts.
