| President makes working visit to Russian Federation |
| President of the Republic of Belarus is currently on a working visit to the Russian Federation. On 3 February, Sochi is scheduled to play host to a bilateral informal meeting and conversation between the presidents of Belarus and Russia. The agenda includes a wide range of issues of bilateral relations and issues pertaining to the joint actions of the two states in the international arena. This visit comes as the logical continuation of the contacts maintained in pursuance of the agreements reached in Minsk in December 2007 during Vladimir Putin’s visit to Belarus and during the session of the Supreme State Council of the Belarus-Russia Union State. |
