On the application of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No 396 of June 15, 2006

On December 18, the Head of State Alexander Lukashenko signed into action Decree No 729 “On the application of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No 396 of June 15, 2006.”

With a view to ensuring uniform application of the provisions of Decree No 396 of June 15, 2006 “On shared construction of apartment houses” with the regard for the opinion of the state bodies concerned and other organizations, the Head of State signed into action Decree “On the application of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No 396 of June 15, 2006.”

Thus, paragraphs 1-3 of this Decree provide a uniform explanation to the builders and other persons concerned of the action limits of the Decree, of the indebtedness for builders’ tax payments which is not subject to liability, of other rules concerning the enforcement of liability.
