On Some Issues of Re-registration of Mass Media

With the view of creating favourable conditions for the activity of mass media:

1. To determine that no state duty shall be charged for re-registration of mass media companies in connection with the changing of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

2. The present Decree becomes effective as from 8 February 2009.
