On the State Programme “Young Talents of Belarus” for 2006-2010

With a view of preserving and augmenting the intellectual and creative potential of the republic, creating conditions for identification, development, support and social protection of the talented youth, I hereby rule as follows:

1. To approve the attached State Programme “Young Talents of Belarus” for 2006-2010 (hereinafter referred to as "the State Programme").
