On February 7, with a view to reducing the cost and construction time of dwelling houses and infrastructure facilities, the President of the Republic of Belarus signed into action Decree No 72 “On measures for the state regulation of the relations in arranging and organizing the construction of dwelling houses, engineering, transport and social infrastructure facilities.”
