On August 4, the President of the Republic of Belarus signed into action Decree No 498 “On some issues regarding the lease of state property.”

The document establishes the procedure and amount of the transfer into the republican budget of the monetary revenues gained from the lease of state-owned property, and the procedure of exemption from such transfer.
