On Fixed Sum Payment of Income Taxes

On August 4, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed into action Decree No 497 “On Fixed Sum Payment of Income Taxes.”

The document aims to put in good order the taxation of incomes received by natural persons from lease (sub-lease), rental (sub-rental) of residential and no-residential premises.
