On fixing insurance tariff rates, insurance dues, limits of liability for some types of mandatory insurance

With the goal of improving the state regulation of mandatory insurance in the Republic of Belarus, I hereby rule as follows:

1. To establish:

1.1 the insurance tariff:

for mandatory insurance of the liability for the non-fulfillment of the obligations on the contacts that provide for the creation of shared construction projects at the rate of 0.31 percent;

for mandatory insurance of citizens owned buildings at the rate of 0.5 percent;

for mandatory insurance of the liability of commercial organizations engaged in real estate activities for the damage ensuing from the given activities at the rate of 1.75 percent;

1.2 the limits of liability in mandatory insurance of the civil liability of transport vehicle owners for the damage caused by a road traffic accident:

for the life or health of the victim – 10 000 Euro…
