On promoting the development of exports of goods (works, services)

On August 25, President of the Republic of Belarus signed into action Decree No 534 “On promoting the development of exports of goods (works, services).”

The document stipulates the establishment of a system of direct economic stimulation of exports which would contain mechanisms of crediting and insurance against eventual commercial and political export risks.

The Decree regulates in detail the export risk insurance procedure with the support from the state, and establishes the mechanisms of compensating the banks for the losses related to the issuance of credits on easy terms.
