Issues related to the public association "The Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen"

On July 17, the President of the Republic of Belarus signed into action Decree No 450 that establishes the procedure for reorganizing the Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen (BSHF) from a public association into a republican state-owned public association (RSPA). The document also regulates legal succession issues, creation of the central administrative and executive bodies, and determines the legal status of the RSPA “BSHF.”

The Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen must pursue common state policy in managing hunting preserves and fisheries, in hunting and fishing activities, and must cooperate with state administration bodies in implementing the international conventions on nature protection joined by the Republic of Belarus.
