On the approval of the list of accounts which can be opened (closed) without the certificates from the organs of the Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection

By his Decree No 515 of August 24, the President of the Republic of Belarus approved the list of accounts which can be opened (closed) without the certificates from the organs of the Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

The bank accounts referred to are as follows: letter of credit, charity account, deposit account, interim account, trust account, correspondent, metal and special accounts; card account, account to keep records of the budgetary and other state resources, of credits and other active operations, of loans obtained, of funds on cheques, of funds received for ensuring implementation of obligations, of funds received from repurchase agreement operations; account of the organization of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization for transfer transactions.

The adoption of the Decree will make it possible to simplify the procedure of opening (closing) 16 bank accounts which are not related to mandatory insurance payments or to other payments into the Social Protection Fund by legal entities, natural persons, and private businessmen.
