On exempting the automobile transport vehicles registered in foreign states from toll charges in the automobile roads for general use of the Republic of Belarus

On June 15, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed into action Decree No 395 “On exempting the automobile transport vehicles registered in foreign states from toll charges in the automobile roads for general use of the Republic of Belarus.”

The adoption of this document will make it possible to ensure unhindered traffic flow of the residents of Kaliningrad region to the central part of the Russian Federation and to avoid growth of the expenditures for the maintenance of the Belarusian sanatoria that are located on the territory of the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lithuania.
