On Measures for Developing Agroecotourism in the Republic of Belarus

With a view of creating favourable conditions for the development of agroecotourism, improvement of the living conditions of rural population and development of the rural infrastructure:

1. To acknowledge that the natural persons who reside permanently in rural areas and manage private households as well as peasant households (farms) are entitled to carry out, in accordance with the procedure stipulated by this Decree, the activities aimed at providing services in the sphere of agroecotourism.

The activities of the above-stated natural persons and peasant households (farms) in providing services in the sphere of agroecotourism (hereinafter referred to as “subjects of agroecotourism” ) shall not be regarded as entrepreneurial activities.
