The Head of the Belarusian State Alexander Lukashenko has extended congratulations to President of the Republic of India Abdul Kalam on that country's national holiday - the Republic Day.

Alexander Lukashenko expressed his confidence that the friendly Belarusian-Indian relations would be further successfully developing for the benefit of both nations.
