On the Order of Disposal of State-Owned Property

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree "On the Order of Disposal of State-Owned Property".

The Decree unites major norms of Decree No. 575 of 14 September 2006 "On the Order of Disposal of State-Owned Property" and Decree No. 77 of 13 February 2007 "On Some Issues of Reducing the Initial Price of State-Owned Property".

The document facilitates the order of disposal of state-owned property by transferring a number of proxies of the President and the Government to local authorities.
