President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to People's Artist of Russia Albert Filozov.

"Your creative path is a wonderful example of relentless service to art and constant aspiration to achieve the peak of mastery. You are a person of great talent, a true Russian intellectual," the congratulatory message reads.

"People in Belarus know and appreciate you as a great master of modern theater and cinema, whose creative work help unite the two nations and promote dialogue of the two cultures," the head of state noted.
