On Some Issues Relating to Legal Practice and Advocacy

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 265 "On Some Issues Relating to Legal Practice and Advocacy".

The document is aimed at implementing the law "On Legal Practice and Advocacy in the Republic of Belarus".

The Decree envisages the order of state registration and liquidation of the national and regional bar associations.

The Decree enters into force after its official publication.
