The Belarusian head of state signed Decree No. 610 " On Introducing Amendments and Additions to Decree No. 585 of 22 November 2007 and Decree No. 200 of 26 April 2010 of the President of the Republic of Belarus" on 30 December.

The document aims to support young parents and families with many children who build houses or improve their housing conditions out of their own funds.

The Decree provides financial support to such families to repay credits and buy houses which are to be rebuilt and turned into residential housing. Financial support will be granted to those officially registered in built (reconstructed) or purchased residential houses.
