Commentary to Decree No. 335 of 1 August 201102.08.2011

On August 1, President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 335 "On the Measures of Social Support for the Individuals Suffered as a Result of the Act of Terror that Took Place on 11 April 2011."

In accordance with this paper, the individuals who got severe and less severe bodily injuries resulted from the act of terror shall be entitled to one-time free-of-charge treatment and recuperation at a summer resort in Belarus in 2011-2012 and free-of-charge transit to the resort and back.

The financial assistance provided by Minsk City Executive Committee and the costs covered by the Republican Center for Recuperation, Spa and Resort Treatment to pay for the recuperation and treatment of the individuals who suffered severe and less severe bodily injuries, shall be recovered from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
