President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to the People's Artist of Russia, Nikolai Burlyayev, on the occasion of the artist's 65th birthday anniversary.

"We have known and appreciated you for a long time as a wonderful actor and director whose work is an example of selfless services to high artistic ideals, tireless work towards reaffirming the everlasting moral and aesthetic values in today's theater and cinema.
"Your multifaceted public activity also deserves profound respect, for it is aimed at uniting the efforts of artistic intelligentsia from various countries to preserve and add to the traditions of the Slavonic peoples," the letter of birthday greetings runs.
