On Administrative Procedures Performed by State Bodies and Other Organizations on Requests from Citizens
The purpose of the changes is to make it easier for citizens to deal with their issues by improving the norms regulating the performance of administrative procedures and by optimizing the set of documents, rates of dues and the time allocated for the performance of the procedures.
The changes brought to the administrative procedures have systematized them. The number of the procedures related to state registration of real estate, rights thereto and transaction involving it has been reduced from 165 to 21; thirty-one administrative procedures in healthcare have been unified into two procedures.
The list of documents to be presented by citizens in connection with the performance of administrative procedures has been reduced. For example, the new regulations have removed the necessity to file applications and present child birth certificates in order to obtain certain certificates. |
